 You can print and fill out a rental application by clicking below.  Please return the completed application along with a money order in the amount of $50 per adult applicant payable to Columbia Vista MHP and a copy of all ID's to the office.  If I am not in the office, feel free to drop your papers in the slot at the front of the office and I will start working on it as soon as I receive it.  We look forward to welcoming you to Columbia Vista manufactured home community.
