Steps to reserve the clubhouse:
  1. Click "Book Appointment" below to book your date(s) on the interactive calendar.
  2. All reservations are daily (not by the hour) and reserved one day at a time. If you need a setup day, you must reserve that date too.
  3. Fill out the "Clubhouse Agreement" below and drop it off at the office Dropbox within 72-hours (weather permitting) of reservation to avoid a possible cancellation.
  4. $100 cash deposit is required TWO WEEKS prior to the date of use OR within 24 hours of reservation, if reserved within two weeks of use. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  5. Deposits need to be in a sealed envelope with your name, address, and space number on it and put in the Dropbox at the office, so I can apply it to the correct reservation.

EXAMPLE:
If you need the clubhouse on the 20th of the month but want to set up on the 19th, you need to reserve the clubhouse for both days. The deposit is still only $100, as it is considered one-use. If you reserve on the 1st of the month, the deposit is due by the 5th (14 days or 2 weeks prior to event). If you reserve it anytime within two weeks of the date, it is due within 24 hours or reservation.
